Stretching your legs will make them stronger, do lunges they work.. Go to a wall or door and get into a position as if ur sittin on a chair, like back on wall with legs bent holding ur body up an go as long as u can.. an lie on ur back, lift ur legs an only ur legs up about 10inches an see how long u can keep.. u will feel the burn in both

Check out FitTV. They have multiple workout shows. If you have on demand you can exercise any time of day on Exercise TV. Do squats and lunges with and without weights. If you don't have weights you can use a couple of gallon jugs with either water or sand in them. A gallon of water weighs 8 lbs.You don't have to fill them up if it's too much for you. There are many body weight exercises you can do to. Just type Body weight exercises into your browser window.

here's my leg workout. this is aimed at building strength and power, not directly size.

hang cleans 5 sets of 3

front squats 5 sets of 3

jump squats ( barbell ) 3 sets of 5
